Current fee schedule
The following rates apply to self-pay patients and to services not covered by insurance. All fees are collected at the time of service. No surprise billing.
A comprehensive first appointment where we review your history, symptoms, medications, and treatment goals to develop a personalized care plan. Typically 60–75 minutes.
Comprehensive ADHD assessment including a full clinical psychiatric evaluation and the FDA-cleared QbCheck computerized objective test — completed from your home. Objective data combined with clinical judgment for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Standalone FDA-cleared computerized ADHD test completed from home via webcam. Takes approximately 30 minutes. Measures hyperactivity, inattention, and impulsivity against a normative database.
After booking and payment, you will receive a personalized testing link and instructions via email within 24 hours. Note: This is an automated testing service and does not include a provider meeting, interpretation, or clinical diagnosis.
What you receive: A detailed digital report with easy-to-read graphs comparing your performance to a normative database.
Not a standalone diagnosis. A formal ADHD diagnosis requires a full clinical evaluation. This service provides objective data only — no provider involvement or clinical interpretation is included.
Ongoing visits focused on monitoring progress, adjusting medications when appropriate, and supporting your mental health treatment plan. Typically 20–30 minutes.
How payment works

Payment at Time of Service
Payment is collected at the time of your appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards. No billing surprises — the rate you see is the rate you pay.
Tricare West Billing
For Tricare West beneficiaries, we bill your insurance directly for covered services. Please confirm your coverage when scheduling so we can verify eligibility before your appointment.
Superbill for Out-of-Network Reimbursement
If your insurance is not yet accepted, a detailed superbill can be provided upon request. You can submit this to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient in need of care.
A superbill is a detailed, itemized receipt issued by your healthcare provider. It includes services rendered, diagnosis codes, procedure codes, service dates, and provider information — everything your insurer needs to process an out-of-network reimbursement claim. We are happy to provide one at the end of any appointment upon request.
